As we send the message, we usually make such sensitive choices for you and make every effort to pack you in the best possible condition. However, if there is a problem and you are not satisfied with the order - take a picture of the contents of the shipment and clearly state all your fears. We take all complaints seriously and responsibly, as well as praise and thanks. Please be patient if you do not receive a reply the same day - we will contact you. If you have received a damaged, damaged consignment, the contents of which are not only live plants - take a picture not only of the contents, but also of the packaging with the stickers of the consignment.
The terms of return, refund or any other mutual agreement are valid upon receipt of your information through:
5 working days for live plants
15 business days for other purchases
Non-refundable and non-refundable:

Cancellation of a paid order for personal reasons is subject to an administrative fee to cover the costs of the collectors. The amount of the fee is 10% when the order amount does not exceed 20 euros, 5% when the order amount does not exceed 50 euros and 3.5% when the order amount exceeds 50 euros.
Unpaid orders can be cancelled without receiving payment within 3 working days after placing the order.
Orders are sent and can be picked up only after placing and paying for the order in the e-shop.
